Listed below are step by step instructions for our Quick & Easy Application Process:

  1. Choose a specific property you are interested in. We require all applicants to view the property before sending in an application.
  2. Fill out application
  3. Send proof of income
    • What is a “Proof of Income”?
      • A valid proof of income must include ONE of the following: check stubs, last year taxes, 3 months worth of bank statements that show all deposits.
      • Note: If you cannot provide a proof of income, you must complete ALL of the following: 2 Rental References and a signed letter from you boss proving your work status.
    • Where do I send my information?

      • Text a picture: To the agent you’re working with
  4. YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT THE AGENT YOU ARE WORKING WITH THAT YOU HAVE PUT IN AN APPLICATION FOR THE PROCESS TO BEGIN!
  5. Approval Process will take 24-72 hours once we have received all the information required.
