Choose a specific property you are interested in. We require all applicants to view the property before sending in an application.
To gain access to a property you must fill out a waiver. Below is the link to the waiver:

EACH AND EVERY PERSON VISITING ONE OF OUR PROPERTIES MUST SIGN A RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF WAIVER OF LIABILITY. VISITORS ASSUME ALL RISK AND AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY PROPERTY OWNERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CAUSES OF ACTIONS OR CLAIMS RELATED TO ON-SITE VISITS OR INSPECTIONS OF OUR PROPERTIES.

This is a credit application and we will run your credit. The decision is not based solely on credit. If you have a lower credit score more down payment will be required to buy the home. If you have a higher credit score, less down payment may be required.
We use the highest credit score of the buyers as the one that determines how much down payment is required. We do not average the two scores together.
Send proof of income
What is a “Proof of Income”?
A valid proof of income must include ONE of the following: check stubs, last year taxes, 3 months worth of bank statements that show all deposits.
If moving states or long distances, you must be able to prove that you will have active income in the new area.
Note: If you cannot provide a proof of income, you must complete ALL of the following: 1 Rental Reference and a signed letter from you boss proving your work status.

YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT THE SALES REP YOU ARE WORKING WITH THAT YOU HAVE PUT IN AN APPLICATION FOR THE PROCESS TO BEGIN!
Approval Process will take 24-72 hours once we have received all the information required.
During approval process, the seller may require more down due to different factors we find in the approval process. This is determined on a case by case basis.
If multiple application are received on a property, the seller holds the right to choose the best offer on the property.
DOWN PAYMENT WILL BE DUE AT CLOSING AND YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO CLOSE THE PROPERTY FROM TIME OF APPROVAL.
