We were able to finally purchase our first home in April. I do not have good credit and was having trouble financing. They made the process so easy and were very friendly and informative. We LOVE our new home so much and have been so blessed to live our mountain dream in a cabin in the woods. THANK YOU for providing the possibility for us!
My husband and I got in touch with land headquarters and left a message just a few hours later Kari got in touch with us. She walked us through everything. They are closed on the weekends but she got in touch with me on a Sunday afternoon and had our file created so by Monday she started the process. We were approved within a few days of putting in our application. We closed on 3/24. This has been the best experience we have ever had and Rhonda has been awesome to us as well. They have been patient with us answering all questions or concerns we have in a timely manner. Thank you for being there and for helping us find our home! Y’all are amazing!
We worked with Kari. Such a good person to work with. We were finally able to find a home to make new memories with our family! I’m so happy. She explained everything throughly and made sure I understood everything. I was so nervous but as soon as we spoke I felt a huge relief.
She makes you feel so comfortable asking questions that you may be scared to ask!
