Credit Application Form
Follow these simple steps to apply for property financing with Land Headquarters.
1) Choose a Property
Select the property you’re interested in before submitting your application.
Important: Every visitor must sign the Release of Liability & Waiver of Entry Agreement.

2) Complete Your Application
This is a credit-based application. We review your credit to determine eligibility and down payment.
- Lower credit scores may require a larger down payment.
- Higher credit scores may qualify for a smaller down payment.
- If multiple buyers apply and their credit is equivalent, we use the Highest and Best Offer.
After submission, our team will contact you with next steps.
3) Submit Proof of Income
Please provide any of the following examples as proof of income:
- Recent pay stubs or tax returns
- Three months of bank statements
- Employment verification or rental reference
4) Approval Timeline
- Reviews typically take 24–72 hours once all documents are received.
- Some cases may require additional verification.
- If multiple applications are submitted for the same property, approval goes to the first qualifying applicant.
5) Down Payment & Closing
- Your down payment is due at closing.
- You’ll have 10 days to close after approval.
